Streamers. They try so hard. It's been so long.

I guess that's it. Why didn't Bettman come out and hand the cup to McNugget?

Thankfully didn't bother watching until the end, and then kept the sound off...
Guess we'll have to suffer from some of their insufferable fans now...

Will they still have streamers when the Sharks win this series in 6 games?

As much as I hate his guts where did this version of Kassian come from? He has always been a useless, dirty plug- good for a couple cheap shots and that's about it. He is still dirty... but he was unbelievable tonight.

The more important question: did they have streamers in the concourse as well? Or did those fans just have to... um... listen to them fall?

Weird game. That was a beat down. And yet, the Oilers never seemed all that dangerous. Most of Jones' saves were solid positioning. It was a lot of noise but not a lot of sustained pressure or amazing scoring chances.
I think a big part of it was the Sharks inept power play that made the game so one sided. A full fifth of that game the Sharks were on the pp and they had zero pressure. Credit to the Oil for their pk, but the Sharks really were terrible with the man advantage.

Sharks mailing the game in like they mailed in the last 20 games of the season. People expecting them to turn it on, I don't know what you're seeing. It seems like an old and tired team to me.

I just can't stop laughing about the streamers, they're celebrating like it's a draft lottery party. They're so no good it hurts.
