I know I've read interviews of Ferland, stating that he has to dial it back because being so physical is difficult to sustain for an entire season, but I hope he lets that go in the playoffs. Can't take that energy with you when you're "dead" (out of the playoffs).

Checking in from India right near the Pakistan boarder on a business trip. Will need to rely on you guys for play by play as I most likely will not have good enough internet to listen to 960 the Fan. The game is on a 8am local time and I'm so excited I'm having a tough time sleeping.
Go Flames Go!!!!!

Do both. Send the message and then stick to your game.
I just remember the Jack Tatum effect.
The guy was a killer plain and simple. When receivers came across the middle on him half the time they wouldn't make the catch with him in the area. Because when he did hit, he finished you, but he didn't have to do those hits every time.
Ferland goes around and throws some hits and makes the Ducks hear skate blades on ice, but he doesn't need to throw 20 hits a game to be effective.

I would like Ferland to pound Kesler the first chance he gets tonight.Go Flames go!
Ferland needs to show up with a mean streak - no tentativeness whatsoever. The first chance he gets he should force Kessler into a situation where he has to drop his gloves. Kessler was pretty tentative for a little while after the Max Domi "one punch" game.
Speaking of irrelevant, I just watched AC's video of Ferkland vs. The Canucks from 2015.
Talk about getting me so hyped up to see Ferland playoff beast mode back in action. Can't wait to see the Ducks always looking over their shoulders and panic passing when he is on the ice.
I'm sure we've all seen it a million times but I could watch it over and over again.
Thanks as always AC!
I'm just sitting here laughing my ass off in glee, by myself, in my living room.
Can't wait to see Ferkland tonight. Watch out Bieksa!
