That said, those jerseys have far too much blue to make their "orange crush" rip off work. The blue and orange clashed too badly to create anything close to the effect we see from the Flyers' real orange crush or the C of Red.

i posted this in the series thread -- they gave all season ticket holders free orange jerseys last year. You know, as a thank you before bending them over with huge price increases this year...

If I'm being honest, their "orange crush" looked really bad. It looked like the Chinese knock-off version of the C of Red.

It's borderline embarrassing how happy that Oilers loss made me last night! I listened to Oiler fans all day at work yesterday predicting sweeps, McDavid hat tricks and all sorts of nonsense.

IIRC, the Oilers invented the Canadian national anthem in 2006.
