Someone should dial in and ask how we ensure coverage in Canada of all playoffs games so we don't have to watch CBC/Sportsnet. I am constantly amazed how inferior their product is compared to NBC when supposedly its "our game".

NBC Sports Group NHL analysts Eddie Olczyk, Pierre McGuire, and Jeremy Roenick, as well as Executive Producer Sam Flood, will preview the upcoming 2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs on a media conference call on Monday, April 10, at noon ET. Do you know if the American feed will be available in Canada and possibly on what channels ?

Situations in the past always resulted in the American feed being a few seconds delayed after the Canadian feed.

There will be 3 weekend games on NBC and those will be on in Canada. Bruins at Senators and Predators at Bhawks on Sat. Wild at Blues on Sun. The games not involving canadian teams will be on SN360, SN, and SN1. The feeds could be the regional or national feed.

I went to a some games in Montreal a couple of weeks ago, its amazing to see the number of tourists(US and European) at the game, they are a global brand and very popular outside of Canada.

Curious if NBCSN is sending a crew to Flames/Ducks. Worst case is them using the Ducks broadcast. Pretty sure they did that in '06, at least for a few of the games.

Would prefer them using Ball/Garrett if they aren't sending a crew, but I don't think that'll happen.

It will be a simulcast for NBCSN using the CBC feed for game one. Rick Ball, John Garrett, and Roger Millions will be the announcers. http://nbcsportsgrouppressbox.com/20...th-five-games/
