Not sure if it's come up yet, but for anyone thinking about making the trip. The Jays have their Anaheim series the same weekend as a potential game 5.

Any Canadian team in a series vs a US team for US broadcasters mean terrible ratings because they can measure only one US city for viewership.

I agree with that except I think the Sens are even lower than the Flames.. also, the ducks arent very high up within American teams either.

Any reference to the 2015 series against the Ducks as a metric for predicting this series is off. This year's team is resoundingly better than that 2014-15 Flames team. I think the Flames win this in six games but even if they don't there is no way this one is over in four or five games.

The ultra negative on CP have already given up on the season 20 times this year.
Remember the "you can't lose two to Edmonton and make the playoffs" crowd from early October lol
Flames can pull this off...not saying it will be easy but they have been the better team over the last five months.

Yes! Thank god for this schedule. Getting married on the 24th. Was dreading the flames would have a game that day.
Bring it on ducks. Hopefully the flames are ready to go on Thursday. Need a good start and need to win one of the first two otherwise it will be tough beating these guys. Excited for playoff hockey. Flames in 6. Let's go Flames!

That is taking a chance!! I'm getting married this year and playoff time was simply not an option. We are getting married October 1st, so I may miss a Flames/Sharks preseason game. Damn.

With there being 5 Canadian teams in five different series, it might mean we get Rick Ball calling the Flames series.
That would be one good thing. Unfortunately, they'd probably stick him with Garrett since Hrudey will be in studio for the playoffs.

I'll be happy if theres a win in the Honda Center regardless of the result. I'm betting $100 on the Ducks every game in hopes the profits will pay for a photo radar ticket I got 3 weeks ago. If the Flames win the series, it will be the best money I ever lost.
