I think most youtube audio rip apps let you choose which part of the video you rip. Same with most ringtone creation apps. Unfortunately I have none to recommend. Haven't done it in a while.

Which was extra confusing for the people of Edmonton, because most of them assumed it was a couple blocks of derelict housing that hadn't yet had their copper stripped out.

So many dreams shattered when they found out it was just a bunch of derelict pubs that were still open.
