We put in Blue Grass sod 2 summers ago. Great quality, price was expensive but I didn't have much to compare to for price competition (we're in Airdrie). Cheaper than buying per roll I guess.
They have a forklift on their delivery truck, so if you have a space wide enough to drive into- a little more than a standard pallet width) then they can deliver it right where you want. Otherwise, driveway/street. That makes a lot of work.
I had to be home to accept delivery, otherwise it was only a 5 minute delivery when they showed up. Unfortunately they gave a delivery window so you have to waste half a day if you're a later delivery but don't know it.
We are in a new neighborhood with no neighbors so we got a lot of weeds around. Very little in the lawn so the grass must have been healthy and good quality. I'm expecting more weeds and dandelions this year but that's on me and not the Blue Grass sod department.
