Mark Scheifele couldn't stick with the club and spent the first two seasons after being drafted in the OHL. He didn't really hit his stride until he was 23. I am stunned how many fans are writing off Bennett as a bust of mediocre NHL player at the age of 20. It can take a while for young centers to hit their peak in the NHL.
