This is way more about playing smart hockey then it is about effort.
They are working hard but too much of that effort is focused on playing physical and not enough on playing smart, strong hockey

I agree. Woken up the sleeping giant. This is exactly their style of play, they won 2 cups with it. I mean if we could score on one of the powerplays it might get this game turned down a notch, because right now their kind of irrelevant.

I think the urgency is there. They're just not executing their game plan properly, and they've been too focused on the Tkachuk shenanigans. They just need to move their feet and shoot the puck more.
So far this game isn't helping our goal of avoiding Chicago. Hopefully they can at least push it to OT and then work their magic.
