If Tkachuk gets a diving penalty for a two-handed axe-chop to the back of his legs in the last game, then Duchene definitely deserves a penalty for embellishment there.

Dumb penalty by Stajan. Flames were the better team in that period, but I don't like how they're letting the Avs hang around. Score should be at least 3-0 by now. Elliott having another great game. Hopefully the Flames can find their offence in the 2nd.

Monahan says it's a lucky goal but you have to wonder whether he didn't intentionally look to bank it in off the defender's skate. There's no Flame in the vicinity for a pass and he has the time and skill not to miss the net by that much.

Watching live now, he's being stretchered off.. very emotional, both teams banging their sticks - he gave a thumbs up and wave which is a good sign to see some mobility in his limbs... scary, scary collision no doubt

I've never listened to them before, but so far tonight they've been good. They seem to be big fans of Johnny in particular.
