Flames has a crush on having Brodie and Vert on the PP, do we need another 30 games to figure out his is not working ?

Flames are 1-1 on the road against one of the hottest teams in the league. They have a post and a missed empty net. Some of you are acting like it's 6-1

why is there no outcry regarding that cross check? It's a crosscheck to the back of the head. Every bit as bad as Tkachuk's elbow.

I dunno that first PP executed pretty well. Can't realistically expect to go 100% on any night.

I want Brodie moved to the 2nd PP unit so badly. Hamilton would be so money there..... He's exactly what they need.

Patience is not a strong suit on this board.
This team has made amazing strides. They are going to be fine.

glad to see Hrudey/Kypreos talking about all the slashing in the NHL...and how something needs to be done about it
if these these slashes result in an injury, then that player ought to face discipline imo...

0-5 PP was the difference against NSH and it just doesn't inspire confidence that it can get the big goal when we need it most. Like the last one.

We don't look that good tonight. Blues look pretty good, Flames don't right now. Too many Flames look like they're skating in sand.

When your PP lets more short handed chances and shots than you get, I'd say that's cause for concern.

That was one PP and they gave up the zone because the puck's jumping everywhere. PBP crew said the ice is bad there especially late in periods.
I wouldn't read so much into that particular opportunity. I'll be more concerned if they get a couple more chances and it looks the same as that one.

unfortunately, playing every other night doesn't give them much time to work on and practice the PP. They are just going to need to fight through this down stretch, get to the dirty areas and battle
