If you've been on since 6:05 I'm not liking my chances of them getting to me anytime soon. I phoned them at 6:20 or so. Perhaps the Avalanche will lay a beating on the oilers and salvage the night for me. ( In addition to a Flames win of course )

Indeed. Hopefully someone is ahead of me.
I'm hanging around at this point to lodge a complaint. I have lost hope in being able to watch the game.
I am wondering if they even have multiple "agents" ....

After you report the issue ask to be transferredto customer retention. This should be good for at least a few $ with threat of cutting the cord.

Excellent period by the good guys. Johnson looks good, and the guys are skating hard and generating chances. Just need some finish.
Also, the PP needs to find a way to convert. Can't have it going cold right before the playoffs.
