At least Bartkowski should be our worst D-man. Is a nice change seeing our #7 guy being the worst, rather than a wash up vet in the top 4 role

Bart is having a rough game but so does every bottom pairing Dman in the league from time to time. I'll take it over Wideman coughing up the puck every chance he gets and giving up breakaway after breakaway at the worst possible moments. It could be so much worse.

Agreed, but there is zero chance they got him basically for expansion. No team in a playoff race is going to sign a guy and play him just for expansion's sake.

Most contenders have better bottom pairing defensemen. Bartkowski coughs up the puck just as much as wideman. Watch him closely when he plays. Very few good decisions
