It is true. Rewind to 4:50 and watch Brouwer do that then come back and say it isn't true.
He is a no heart bum this season. Zero effort and doesn't even stand up for his teammates. The letter should be ripped off his jersey.

They slowed it down on the kings feed. It looks like the back of the arm, almost into the shoulder. Not an elbow.
They're playing it up as full out suspension and fines. Guess we'll have to see.
Still not a fan of the hit.

Maybe I'm a little old school but that was hardly an egregious elbow it was more of a shoulder/upperarm shiver to back him off, I liked the play and think doughty just got caught and walked into it, don't think Chucky was making a big effort to elbow his head.
#### happens it's a contact sport, not every hard hit needs disciplinary action.
Just my fiddy cents
