Taking a while to get to 5000
|
With how bad goaltending has been for both teams, you just know this game is going to a shoot out.

2 of the goals weren't their fault, Bart could've closed down a bit better on the first one better but can't really blame them on either.

Hardly their fault when the goalie plays that way

With a dozen players per side getting to shoot.

Johnson seemed to me at least to be too far in his net on a number of occasions. Maybe I'm just seeing things

He's why we're losing.

How am I understating Johnson's performance? I said he let in inexcusable goals. Could fly to Calgary to literally poop on him, but I don't see the point.

Celebrated Square Root Day

Damnit, I have to start playing the standoff "wait for some sucker to post the 20th post of page" game followed by five or six quick posts in a matter of seconds as soon as it gets posted, lol.
I've taken like three for the team tonight already! Going forward when we get to the last post someone should just post "post" so everyone doesn't stop posting, haha.

I'd prefer that to the current score. Just one point?

Bart also gave the puck away leading to that Pastrnak weak goal. But still no excuse for Chad not to save that shot.

Considering how rusty Chad has been tonight, I'll be perfectly happy if the Flames can get at least a point out of this game.

This isn't over..
The Flames need to simplify, push a bit more, and get a few saves...

Powerplay Quarterback

Ugh...let's not award Backlund the Selke just yet. That was a really lazy sloppy sequence to end the period. Uncharacteristic but really crappy.

Had forgot what it's like to not get NHL quality goaltending.
I don't miss not getting it
