Strange dopplegänger photo
I was browsing some sites last and i came across this photo of a member
of the api ghost team..At first glance there is nothing odd about this picture ....right ? Take a closer look , notice the double on the right has ABSOLUTELY NO shadow, and before you vote 'double exposure'..it was taken with a digital camera...and the shoes and hands are in different positions...this baffles my mind to say the least.

Photoshop. But if it is a "ghost" here's my take, which I explained to an 9 year old kid in order to calm him down and go to sleep during a summer camp at which I was counsellor during a sleepover night (he was afraid of ghosts):
If ghosts are real (which I don't think they are... but anyways if they are) then it wouldn't make a difference. Because fundamentally ghosts cannot touch you. This is because they are spirits. Since a ghost cannot touch you, a ghost cannot harm you. If the ghost TRIED to harm you, it would go through you, as we understand it. Therefore, there is nothing to be afraid of. The end.
Kid fell asleep like 5 minutes after that talk.

The Arizona Paranormal Investigation team has no reason to need to photoshop pics..they have an excellent professional reputation.

They have a vested interest to photoshop pics.. without any paranormal there isn't a paranormal investigation team.
And it looks photoshopped to me as well, the shirt and top of the no shadow person is too bright, doesn't seem to fit.
Where's the original? Digital cameras don't typically come in 450x300 resolution do they?

Amazing that so many people believe in ghosts, and so few believe in global warming.

I think I can see a faint shadow on the second person that starts around knee level. It might just be the position of the light source that projects a faint shadow on a sharper angle.

I think most people believe in global warming.
I think the debate is the extent of global warming, and is fueled by human being's strong desire to not give up their entitlement to consume.

Anyways, if I had a ghost that looked like me, then that's actually pretty kick ass. All the more Mr.Coffee to go around.

Ah I was hoping for a higher resolution... The image is from a 8 megapixel camera, so it's been cropped already.

But if there are spirits, who is to say that they cannot touch you?

Not to derail this topic, but to the best of my knowledge, the academic argument seems to be, "is global warming human caused, or a natural event that we may or may not be affecting?"
The answer would inherently have a huge weight on what actions to take. Cause if its all natural... why bother taxing the hell out of people and reverting to the stone age? Conversely, if its all us, it adds legitimate weight to the need to spend a ton of money on clean technologies and cutting back.
