Asking the Isles to add the 3rd seems like a slap in the face. Offer is greedy enough without it.

Jack Capuano screwed up Ryan Strome's development, since Doug Weight took over, he been good. I think he could use a change of scenery(hell, everyone on the Islanders could use a change of scenery). I think Ryan Strome would blossom here.
