Tom McCollum counts for this. Signed back in October for expansion reasons. Has played one game in the AHL and five in the ECHL for us since.

The UFA list for forwards is just putrid. The only marginal improvements that I see are Parenteau, Vrbata, Stafford and Sharp. I don't see how any would be worth it, unless it is Wideman going back. Not very likely.
The D list is slightly better, but that only devalues Wideman (if that is possible). Kulikov, Franson and Oduya might help a playoff team, for sure, but that is about it.

hes been steadily trending down for 3 years, looks like he peaked in year 2 of his NHL career to me.
There is no chance he holds more value than Bennett does at this point, except maybe to Dim Jim and Oil fans

Miller would have been a good fit.
Even if Cgy was on his list, I can't see Vancouver handing him to us without a high premium.

Miller has said that if a team is interested and it's not on his list, the team can go to him and they can discuss. May not happen, but it's not a slam dunk that he's not coming here.

Hmm but ive heard hes been attrocious. I just read Oduyas still on the market. He would be a great upgrade and He could slide up the lineup in case Brodie or Gio get injured. Imagine having to Put Bartkowski in the top 4 in case of an injury.
