Working night shift so slept through this one. Late to the party but, damn what a great thing to wake up to. Can't wait to see the highlights.

I missed the game and just saw the highlights. The back-hand mid-air pass from Gaudreau to Ferland to score on the breakaway was pretty amazing.

So glad a Flame recognized what needed to be done to push Chaisson off that top line.

Worked all day so I missed the game but man is it good to see Johnny be Johnny again. The Oil ain't sitting so comfy anymore. That pass by Johnny on the Ferland goal, wow.

It is pretty awful, nice to see there are some sensible ones who realize the Flames are undoubtedly a threat, Flames have turned it to another gear. The question is if the Oil will as well.

I have learned that the collective brain of CP > GG.
Wideman scratch.
Brodie pertner.
Chiasson dropped.
Ferland first line.
Hamilton with Gio.
What have I missed?
CP always ahead.

8 pts up on the Jets as well. Amazing how even with Laine they are probably a lottery pick again, approaching Oil territory over there.

Maybe it's all about Eric Francis passing notes from reading CP to the Flames....?

Was driving from Calgary to the Shuswap and listened to the game on internet/cell. Nice way to spend the drive!
Wills and Loubo were pretty big on the 4th line throughout the game, but I haven't seen much on here about them with all the hoopla on Johnny and Elliott....was that line really that good?
Really, really pleased for Ferly - he's worked hard, keeps his game simple and fast and seems to have a shot that has developed massively!

Everyone was good. All four lines were rolling and getting opportunities in the Hurricanes' zone.
