It's late, and it's a shoulder to the head. Doesn't matter if the guy was also cross checked before it. Complete horse crap. There's two penalties on one play, neither gets called.

While I agree the shoulder to the face was incidental, that was clearly interference. The puck isn't within ten feet of there when that took place.
