What's with non-Flames fans making accounts and pretending to be Flames fans just to make these self deprecating comments? It's not hard to distinguish actual fans raising genuine concerns from trolls in disguise. Just be straight forward if you're not actually a fan. I know there's some pathetic Oil fans out there that have nothing better to do. But a RW fan? Odd. Judging by the edmonton comments, probably a closet Oiler fan too.

I'm actually a Sackville New Brunswick Red Wings atom fan. My nephew plays on the team. I can tell you: Flames have been to three Cup Finals..winning one. Flames moved from Atlanta. Flames fired Terry Crisp a year after winning the cup. Gelinas scored 4 series winners ( It was in!!) During 04 run. Off top of my head. Fuhr last played for Flames before retiring.

Flames have won a series recently. Even then, did fans strut about and talk smack about how great they were? No, because we knew the team had to take even more steps to beat the bigger western contenders.
I actually don't see why Edmonton is ahead, or whatever, until they've accomplished those things at the very least. Continually shooting off their mouths and loads prematurely. That looks bad on any fan base tbh.
