I've definitely been missing my TWD fix so I too am looking forward to tonight.

I think you need to have a little reprieve.

If you push that pedal and keep it mashed to the floor its hard to not only maintain that level but makes it nearly impossible to exceed it while at the same time being able to maintain casual fans on network TV.

It'd be something else if TWD continued for a while and then decided to switch mediums and finish their last couple of seasons on HBO or something. Just something with fewer rules. It would be interesting to see where the cast/crew/writers could take this if there were no shackles.

And we should probably start a new thread without the poll indicating exactly whom we all know got 'Lucille'd.'

The half season opener went nearly as expected.......except for the Father Gabriel! I noticed another body in the car with him when he left. Any speculation as to who it could be? I doubt it's as it seems. It doesn't progress the story for him to turn coward and run, so he's trying to do something, but what?

I suspect he got information about the all female group and has made headway to try and recruit them. Perhaps the other person in the car was one of their group.

Could someone change the other thread title back to including the word comic? With it just saying spoilers made me think it was a walking dead thread with the most recent show spoilers..

That was awesome! That smile at the end tho...

I assume that the guy wearing the bandanna is the stranger that we've seen a couple of times before in brief appearances so my wife and I were trying to remember an ally of Rick's that left but that we arent sure is dead, but I couldnt think of one.

Its entirely possible that bandanna-man is someone entirely new, but that wouldnt elicit the same reaction from Rick.

It should also be noted that they've been brushing up on their Machiavelli.

The only unaccounted person I can think of is the guy who went missing in the Tara episode. Whats-his-name...

Hasn't it only been a day or 2 since they last saw the preacher? Seems like too quick of a timeline IMO.

Heath.

You are thinking of Heath.

I believe this is a new group of people.

Rick knows the geographical area (or has a good idea) of the saviors, so I reckon he knows this group is most likely dealing with them.

Also, it is a bunch of people, which is what he needs. He really needs meat to chuck into the grinder of a "war".

He was written out because the actor is playing the lead on the new 24 series, so it won't be him.

Weird group. Lots of people that can be casualties for the war against the Saviours though.

So does this new group practices that choreography every Tuesday just so they can intimidate the people they bring to their junkyard?

That group looked like they came from the bad part of Rivendell. Bunch of strung-out, crackhead elves.
