The best part of if Petraeus is the replacement, he has to notify his probation officer within 72 hours of getting the job. The law and order President indeed.

On both CNN and FOX, they are saying this guy is a possible replacement:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Harward
Seems like a stand-up fella and serious about his job. I guess Flynn and Petraeus did too at some point, but still, he's a guy who has been in wars and was responsible for people's lives and his main motivation seems to be the good of the United States and not political scheming. Hopefully. The more people around Trump like that, the better, obviously.
Also, he wrote this article:

Oh, my dearest @realDonaldTrump: NAFTA is a three way deal, you cannot go to suck Justin's boots up and try to kick Mexico out. NOT fair!

What the hell? What is with all this "not fair" nonsense in tweets, from grown ass men who are in charge of their countries? I mean, yeah, lots of this #### ISN'T fair, but this is ridiculous. Trump and Vicente are both acting like whiny 7 year olds. FFS, this is 2017, you're both leaders of great countries, with a lot of power to do so much for your respective countries but no, let's engage in Twitter wars and post #### that makes you both sound like 3 year olds with dirty diapers. WTF happened to adults leading our countries? FFS, grow the eff up. Christ.

Um..what? Vicente Fox was the President of Mexico from 2000-2006. The guy has not been in power for a decade. He can say whatever he wants. Enrique Pena Nieto is the current president....

Geeze, I didn't pay attention to that. I guess he can say what he wants then. My bad, I rarely pay attention to anything to do with Mexico, outside of knowing it's somewhere my mother used to go on "missions" to and the murders of Canadians there, that have been in the news in recent years. Well, that, and trying to find a pork carnitas recipe just now. But still, all this nonsense back and forth about not fair, from Trump or any other world leader, christ. It's just insanity to me. What good ever comes of it? Nothing. How is there not anything a million times more pressing for a world leader to get up to, outside of Twitter?

Well, one of them is a so called world leader...the other is a private citizen......It's not even comparable. I agree that Trump is a so called world leader for being an idiot on Twitter. It is insanity. Fox is actually the reasonable one in this exchange.

Neito canceled his January meeting with Trump, he missed his chance to suck up.
Go home Fox, you're drunk.

Clearly this was a shot at at Trump, who routinely uses that type of language in his tweets.

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee ripped into Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) on Monday for ignoring their requests to investigate White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s ties to Russia.
In a letter to Chaffetz, the committee’s Democrats called on him to reconsider his decision to pass on probing whether Flynn had inappropriate contact with Russia. The request comes in the midst of reports that Flynn discussed sanctions imposed by President Obama with the Russian ambassador during the transition and then and then allegedly misled Vice President Mike Pence about the conversations.

If reports coming out of Japan are any indication, Trump also personally encouraged Japan to closer ties with Russia as part of his past meeting pushing Shinzo Abe to open new dialogue with Putin despite knowing all of this. It's goes all the way to the top and well into parts of the GOP.

Consequences? I think there needs to be a lot more scandal and grassroots anger/protests before enough Republicans turn against their party. Lets hope the press continues what they are doing.

CNN will.

How many investigations would there be if this happened with Obama or Hillary

That is how I read it too.
Still, I don't really like that tweet from Fox. By suggesting Trump is licking Trudeau's boot is just bound to persuade Trump to be more dismissive towards Canada. Trump is so worried about how he is perceived that saying things like that can have an effect on how he treats other countries.
I'm sorry that Mexico is being unfairly targeted by Trump, but unfortunately, the U.S. can make things miserable for Canada too if Trump so chooses. The tweet reads to me like Fox is trying to take us down with them.

I think it will go the other way, Trump will be happy it bothers Mexico and will tell them if they pay for the wall they can join the cool kids club.

Trump: "The real story here is why are there so many illegal leaks coming out of Washington? Will these leaks be happening as I deal on N.Korea etc?"
Delusional.

There should be a constitutional amendment that requires the president to demonstrate that he can form a proper sentence, and could pass a grade school English exam.
I have to wonder who he is blaming here. Does "Washington" refer to people in his entourage, people in his party, the press, democrats or just an imaginary bogeyman?
