Hell of a game. Wonder if both Brady and BB go off into the sunset.
I have my doubts, Tom Brady is in the discussion as the best of all time, but I would think he wants the opportunity to make it a no shyte no doubt no debate thing.
BB just likes to win, it fuels him and I think he likes the challenge. My guess it that he coaches until he's thrown out of the building.

I'm not going to deny Brady is a great QB, but he's not in GOAT territory for me. I think he's a product of an incredibly great system. Whenever he's injured/suspended, whomever is the backup just seems to pick up where he left off. Cassels is the perfect example of that. Lights out in the NE system, gors somewhere else and he's just a regular Joe NFL QB.
That wasted catch of Jones, and the sack and holding cal to get them out of Fg was it. Atlanta had zero intensity the rest of that game,as it looked like preseason and they went through the motions on defense.
Yup bad play calling though. Just run the ball 3 times and kick to go up 11

Atlanta up by 8 with 4 minutes to go and the ball on the New England 20. You come up with nothing,
no excuse. I'm livid if I'm a Falcon's fan.
While I totally agree, something has to be said for the Falcons offence not producing in the second half in general and the defence not being able to make a stop on any key plays, of which there were many in that 4th qtr.
It wasn't just the playcalling, it was the Atlanta clock management. There were lots of snaps before the play clock hit 20 seconds remaining when they were up 19, and then 8. Even with New England helping them by often taking at least 20 seconds to snap the ball when they were down, they didn't bleed the clock well at all. So they really did everything they could to help New England, awful game management and awful playcalling.

Atlanta's three offensive TDs drives took less than 8 minutes. It was boom or bust for their offense, either a play of 8 yards or more, or nothing. In the end they just couldn't have sustained drives, so it made the TOP and yardage very lopsided.
