Sprinkle salt and pepper (to taste) and the packet of onion soup mix on the top and bottom of turkey breast. Add cranberry sauce to top of turkey breast and cook in crockpot on low overnight (8 hours) or for three to four hours on high.

I always get a kick out of the **** sauce at Superstore. I bought a bottle and gave it as a gag gift, it's only about 2 bucks a bottle.

Rosemary Glazed Turkey Breast

1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup White Wine Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbs Brown sugar (or honey)
1 tsp dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp pepper
6 pound Turkey Breast

Grill turkey breast on bbq, or roast in oven per directions on package. During last 30 min of cooking brush turkey with glaze.

You could also put this glaze on sauted turkey breast and let it cook on a bit prior to serving.

I think it is best on the bbq though.

Hopefully the turkey breast still has the skin on. Make a paste of softened butter, grated lemon zest, chopped fresh herbs of your choice like sage, thyme etc , salt etc to taste. Gently run your fingers under the skin but do not detach the skin. In that cavity between the skin and the turkey meat, put in your paste of butter and herbs. Wrap the whole breast with strips of bacon. Roast at 325F until done. This will depend on the size of the turkey breast that you bought.

let stand 5 to 10 min, and slice thinly.
