Awesome game, definitely wasn't expecting to see that many goals.

Best, most complete game of the season.

All 4 lines rolling, and Wideman demoted to 3rd pairing.

Spoiler!

Well worth staying up late to watch this one. Moose was stellar. Monahan earned his paycheck. The team played physical all night and in your face.

But most satisfying of all was Tkachuk exacting revenge on Staal with a massive clean body check. I had to replay it a couple times to soak it in.

Satisfying game!

Do that more please. No complaints about any player on the team tonight. Total team effort. Yes, even Wideman.

Elliott was great. Some early saves got things going.

Bennett, Brouwer, Monahan, Stajan, Ferland, and Giordano all had great games.

Elliott playing well is a good sign. We need both our tenders playing well if we have any chance of a playoff spot.

Wideman still scares the beejesus out of me. Too slow for the speed of this game.

Liked the Brouwer addition to the top line. He does what Chaisson was supposed to do, but better. I think they were trying to help Bennett by using him on that line, but he makes so much more sense with Monahan and Gaudreau.

Awesome game!!

Wideman has to go though, can barely skate anymore. Find another bottom pairing D and move Engelland up with Brodie.

Around the league should be good. The reddit GDT was spicy.

Wideman made one gaff that resulted in a goal. Other than that there wasn't much to complain about his game tonight. Got a helper on Mony's second goal. No complaints about him from me tonight.

Glad to embarrass those cheap, hand-slashing losers.

After that ridiculous game where they injured Gaudreau it feels pretty good to sweep them like the cheap pos they are.

Just back from the game. That had to be the most dominate 3rd period I've seen in years.

Elliot was solid.

as for Dubnyk....

Respectfully disagree. I'm not really a Wideman hater, but he fumbled tons of passes, lost his player repeatedly, and constantly threw the puck to nobody. Only one mistake ended up in the back of the net, but we have to keep the bar set higher than that.

Parise's head-shaking after his goalie-interference-goal was waved off annoyed me so much.
