So, I've been looking into the Bozak waiver. Can someone tell me if I'm understanding the claim procedure right?
It looks like, at this very minute, only 4 teams could even afford to claim him. (Det, Mon, Pit and Nas)
Those 4 have the cap space right now, but Pit and Nas have guys on IR that need to be accounted for.
So, really, only 2 teams, Det and Mon could actually pick him up. Standing wise, Mon should get first crack (right?), but where they already put in a claim on someone this year,(Vande Velde), is this just a slam dunk claim win for Det?
Seems like a steal of a deal for them for a guy like Bozak.
I couldn't afford his re-rate next year anyway, but totally would've taken him as a rental. I feel like there's quite a few teams wishing they had some cap right now.

No sure of the point of having that much cap space during the season. Cap space Is super valuable in the summer but nearly worthless during the season.
