Jankowski would be a Center so he wouldn't replace Chiasson, who I think is really playing with Gaudreau because there's no one in the organization that can play on the opposite wing with him yet. Jankowski's not going to replace Backlund or Monahan either. So that leaves Stajan and Bennett as options. Stajan plays on the fourth line so Jankowski would be better served in the AHL if that is the case. Bennett really needs to get going and may really be the only option if the team decides to bring Jankowski up.

Sorry I think you mis interpreted what I was saying, I was making the argument that these "NHL guys" aren't exactly perfect because the Flames thought it was a viable option to have Chiasson on the top 2 lines. I'm not saying Jankowski will replace Chiasson but he deserves a shot over Bennett imo. Would like to see Bennett moved to the wing and Jankowski to center, he was drafted in 2012, it's 2017 now. Time to give him at least 10 games to see what he can do.

Jankowski threads are great for creating discussion about non Jankowski related topics.
Want to have a marijuana debate? Start a Jankowski thread.
Want to talk about the NDP? Jankowski.
Trudeau? Jankowski.
What can't Jankowski do? Peace in the Middle East next? Thanks Jankowski.

Funny, I just showed your posts just now to the addictions counselor that works part time in my building. No- seriously.
She just chuckled and gave a confused look and said,
"really!?? ok...."
Then she shook her head.
She was shaking her head at you.
This story really just happened BTW.

My best friend is an ex addict and is now a volunteer youth addictions counselor laughs at stuff like this all the time. He cannot understand the thought process of people who compare weed to drugs like Crack or heroin. It's a joke and it show how uneducated some people are on the topic.

Who makes a post on a hockey board that talks about offering weed to his mom to begin with? Obviously the original post wanted a reaction and got it.

Lol....Ladies and Gentleman, this is what happens when you are raised in a bubble.
Marijuana = Crack Cocaine
Tylenol = Fentanyl
Someone is out to lunch.
As for Jankowski, I would love for him to get a nice long look with the Flames but at the same time I would love for him to stick in the AHL for the whole season and get his confidence up to a max and have him take a spot on the team full time next year.

If anything has been proven undeniably, it's that weed is an absolute gateway drug to chrystal meth, heroin and coke . Come off it. Do a little research, the European countries and States that have legalized have had major decreases in crime and increases in tax revenue. We are so far behind Europe in terms of progressive legalization it's brutal. After prostitution was legalized in the Netherlands crime went down, tax revenue went up, it was safer for the girls, safer for the clients, and the divorce rate dropped considerably .
Oh also, Jankowski is good at hockey.

I'd give him a look this year (five-six games) if Stockton drops out of the playoffs and the Flames continue to slide...although it'd be late in the year when I'd give him a look.

I'm going to run out of 'thanks' for the first time in my CP career, and it's going to be in a Jankowski thread about pot use.

When my Grandma was in the hospital, we gave her a brownie because she had always been curious.
She didn't even notice being high.
Turns out morphine is a hell of a drug.
So can Jankowski play RW?
