There is something in Gully's system that seems to be stifling the offensive side of the game. Gaudreau has looked lost all season and for the most part the same could be said for Mony. When you add in Bennett one has to wonder if it's a system problem.

While I agree there are a lot of reasons the believe the playoffs are unlikely at the end of the season... the team is still in a playoff spot as of right now!

Things can change quickly. I just want to see a certain level of drive from the team that's missing right now.

I was at the game last night sitting very close to the ice. I don't get to see a lot of Flames games since I'm not out west. Things I noticed: Bennett and Monahan were invisible, if you didn't look for them you wouldn't have noticed them. Gaudreau's speed, he is the only one that actually creates scoring chances, offensively our best player by far and that's not saying much in last nights game. Giordano started yelling at Komarov the second he hit him saying "lets go, lets go" to him, great job sticking up for a teammate. Very disappointed in the Flames offence, their pp was awful, not one time the whole game did they even put sustained pressure on the leafs. I thought to my self, how can this team be a playoff team, it can't. I know it's one game and I don't get to see them a lot but man was I disappointed.
