I didn't give up on Gulutzan and co earlier in the season, as I figure they were still learning the system etc, but right now It's hard to keep patience. It's obvious our offense is being neutered. We play a possession game. Great. Problem is, we get no quality scoring chances. Always perimeter and then weak shots on net. Our top guys don't look the same either.
Also, the lack of heart, energy, push back, and just FIRE is concerning. It has been embarassing the last few games. I expected a great response after that horrible game the other night, but.... nothing. It's weak.
Something has to happen soon here. A firing(GG/Cameron, or even Sigalet), a trade. Something.

I agree. This team is playing such uninspired hockey. I know that the rule of thumb is to give coaches a good long look but in my opinion this team isn't getting better as the season goes on, it's getting worse.
The only good stretch was when Johnson was a force to reckoned with, now that our goaltending has cooled off the same problems that we had before the run are still ever present.
We can't score 5-5, we don't generate any offence off the rush, our team defence is disorganized and I just don't see a cohesive group that cares about each other.
Gulutzan was a bad hire to begin with and should be shown the door before we lose more of this season.
