I just tuned in to find the score at 3-0 with a couple minutes to go in the second.
Should I stick around for the third? I get the impression just from this page that this is another one of those "find something better to do like dust the furniture" kind of games.

Well, you've kind of missed most of the bleeding so far, you may find the rest of the game entertaining.
On the other hand you'll have to wait out the intermission and hope the 3rd isn't more of the same.
