Gulutzan probably wants to start Elliott against the Oilers seeing he was strong against them last week. Otherwise I'm not going to even bother trying to figure out how the head coach is making his goaltending decisions. Maybe he really puts a lot of stock into how they look in practice? Pretty random at times for sure.
