Per the CNN report the memo was included because the Intelligence angency is investigating these claims not that they are true
However the guys that 4chan said they fed the story to, Rick Wilson, denies he got it from 4chan

God damn CNN is such a wonderful cartoon of a network. They have a twelve hour countdown clock until Trump's press conference tomorrow.

They had one today for Obama's speech too.
Everything gets its own countdown clock. Countdown clock to the next countdown clock.

I'm still amazed that he's actually holding a press conference. Are there going to be real life reporters there? Or is he just doing a video or Facebook Live thing? Because that would certainly be more in line with how Trump operates.

If Trump is going through with tomorrow, he might just spend the whole time chastising the media. But I guess we shall see what happens. Either way your know urine for something reality TV level good.

WikiLeaks says that the report published by BuzzFeed is "not an intelligence report" and that it is not consistent with the style of other reports.

Think what you will about ZH, but they aren't inventing this story. They are reporting that 4chan is taking credit for a hoax, thats it.
I mean really, do you honestly believe Trump hired a bunch of Russian hookers to piss on a bed Obama once slept in? It literally reads like a ####post off a message board.
Not to mention that the "report" is littered with grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and doesn't follow typical intelligence report standards.
Hell, even the Buzzfeeds editor won't stand behind this, calling it "unverified and unsubstantiated".

Seems like it'd be fairly trivial for intelligence to check border entry and exists to corroborate the stories that involve American citizens being in certain countries at certain times.
Michael Cohen for instance claims he was in Los Angeles on the date the document says he was in Prague. That shouldn't be hard for the FBI or CIA to figure out.

So what part of this is true? Was everything in the intelligence report that referred to Trump engaging in perverted sexual acts which may have been arranged or monitored by the FS traced to the fake source?

Well he did post a picture of his closed passport on Twitter, so clearly that's good enough.

Discussion of the ethics of Buzzfeed publishing the documents
Quote:
Some prominent journalists and media executives excoriated BuzzFeed.
“Even Donald Trump deserves journalistic fairness,” tweeted David Corn, Mother Jones’ Washington bureau chief who reported in October on the existence of – but not the contents of – memos from a “former Western intelligence officer”.
“Rare that a story stinks from every possible angle: the source, the content, the consequence, the messenger, the target,” tweeted Wolfgang Blau, chief digital officer of Conde Nast International and a former Guardian executive.
“Not how journalism works: Here’s a thing that might or might not be true, without supporting evidence; decide for yourself if it’s legit,” tweeted Brad Heath, an investigative reporter for USA Today.
Adam Goldman of the New York Times blamed CNN for opening the can of worms. “Sequence of events: @CNN finds way to talk about report and @buzzfeed uses that as reason to publish. Media critics are gonna be busy,” he tweeted.
On the other hand, Richard Tofel, the president of investigative news organization ProPublica, applauded Buzzfeed, saying “citizens should have evidence to consider for themselves”.
And the blog Lawfare said the allegations, though unproven, needed to be taken seriously because intelligence chiefs appeared to be giving them some credibility. Trump, it noted, had consistently rejected intelligence reports that Russia had hacked the US election.
“All of which is to say to everyone: slow down, and take a deep breath. We shouldn’t assume either that this is simply a ‘fake news’ episode directed at discrediting Trump or that the dam has now broken and the truth is coming out at last. We don’t know what the reality is here, and the better part of valor is not to get ahead of the facts – a matter on which, incidentally, the press deserves a lot of credit.”

^^The document with the allegations is real. The allegations themselves are, more likely than not, untrue. But as GGG said, it's Trump. The level you have to go to for it to be truly unbelievable is pretty ridiculous. And Trump's lawyer is denying he met with the Russians in Prague to coordinate efforts to attack Hillary. And the showers, let us not forget those golden showers.
