They clearly weren't expecting it, but they would also have to have thier knees down while grabbing the ball, or else the clock runs out.

But there was also 6-7 Clemson players to block those two players from getting to the ball.

Yes there were definitely two Alabama guys there but they were both boxed out by the Clemson players.

Yeah but I would've watched that rose bowl even if it was 9 hours long all by itself. Total classic. And this one was great too.

These terrible booth reviews certainly didn't help. Luckily the commentators were complaining about them constantly, so hopefully helps push officials away from keeping this practice of reviewing everything.

We can only hope so, but Saban and the Alabama program have so much clout they'll be able to keep recruiting top talent. They might not be the powerhouse anymore, but still be a top 10 team (sadly) for the foreseeable future.

I don't understand why basketball and football fans tolerate so many stoppages of play in their sports. I understand why leagues love the breaks for advertising dollars, but I don't understand why fans don't revolt.
