Gaudreau seems be to having trouble stickhandling and losing control of the puck. Have to wonder if that shield on his glove is interfering with his being able to grip the stick properly.

There are 5 teams in the western conference above 0.500 (actual win %): Chicago, Minny, St Louis, San Jose, Calgary.

Pretty sloppy game by the Flames top guys excluding Backlund and Frolik but thankfully the Coyotes are a terrible team.

Bottom lines were great.

Move onto Colorado and delete the tape.

Pretty clear he should be passing the puck more often than he is. He likes to try and do it himself now, and it's pretty lame.

Thought Bouma had his best game of the season. He was making many positive things happen which has been very unusual for him this year.

Good for him to score that goal too (though he really didn't).

Yeah I would not have given a star to Elliott or Wideman, but good win for the Flames regardless.

I thought Elliott was fantastic. Definitely deserved a star in my mind given how the Flames players looked rather bad in the 2nd and 3rd.

But Elliott and Wideman are officially always terrible and never deserve any credit.
