Johnson gets the start vs a team he's beat before, in the same building it was done in too, and this is the conclusion you tunnel vision yourself into?

Clearly the coaches apply the same decision making logic as you. It's so obvious

Did you hurt your should patting yourself on the back? Is there really a need for you to come here and proclaim to everyone you're "right"? For every prediction like this one where it goes your way, you have an astonishingly large amount where you are ridiculously wrong (Gaudreau doesn't see another shift in the Dec. 4 game, Tkachuk gets suspended for a head butt, etc.). You likely don't need to trumpet your own success, especially in this case.

Please show me where I predicted Johnson would start? And where I'm claiming to be right. All I said was the coaching staff clearly didn't see the two goals by Landeskog as great goals to give up.

I know when the Flames win, most fans can't analyze individual performances without blinders but I'm glad the coaching staff can.

Did they "clearly" attribute the starting decision to those goals? Did they otherwise mention those goals? You're attributing your opinion to others and you can't even see that.

Didn't realize saying Elliott let in 2 bad goals was ignorant but you're the biggest cry baby on the forum so doesn't mean much coming from you.

Half your posts and replies to people involve the rolling eye emoticon, time to grow up.

Funny, if I'm crying, just about everyone here seems to "cry" about your ignorance on a daily basis.

And yes, saying the reason Elliot isn't starting is because of two bad goals is ignorance. As is suggesting it's the exact reason the coaches are starting Johnson, which is exactly what you're doing.

Hit the nail on the head 100%.

It's the same thing you always do. Taking your biased, slanted take and suggesting Flames coaches / management make decisions because they're aligned with your ignorance. It's awful to read, and the reason why everyone points out to you how weak it is.

And in case anyone missed it, I was being sarcastic with the reply to EE. That's his go to in every argument that someone disagrees with him "well clearly the people who actually get paid to make those decisons think otherwise..." So if he's going to dish it, then he can take it too.

I'd love to see another beat down tonight, but they're coming off a loss to the Sharks and I'm sure they remember what happened the last time they visited the Dome. Ducks will be ready for this one. Flames have the mighty Backlund though, so: 4-2 Flames win.

Thanks for sucking the fun out of this thread.

Engelland will be wearing Brouwer's A while he is injured:

Kind of a dick move by Gulutzan not starting Elliott again. I didn't feel any of the goals against Colorado were bad enough to go back to Johnson.

Just like everyone who commented, I take issue with you suggesting the coaches are starting Johnson because of two goals Elliot allowed vs. Colorado. It's asinine.

If you don't like having it pointed out that you're being ignorant, stop and think before you post. You have about 5+ people on this page alone calling you out on it / eye rolling emoticon. You're just venting at me because you recognize you've been called out on your ignorance yet again.

Maybe he's just trying to keep Johnson "in the mix" so to speak, but I agree with you, if you win, you should keep the net in my opinion, although it will be interesting to see who starts against the Coyotes on Saturday night if the Flames win tonight with Johnson between the pipes.
