They all get media training now, and a 15-year-old kid is probably pretty pumped to be in front of the camera. After a few years of having a camera stuck in your face every day, everyone but Craig Conroy is going to lose some enthusiasm.

Badmouthing the Oilers is part of our DNA and one of the good things in life, but sometimes the hate for McDavid does come across as a little petty.

On the other hand, I really like to think that the Oilers signed Lucic based on this interview with the teenager. It seems absurd, but that doesn't mean it's not true, when you think about the decisions they've made over the years.
