Worth mentioning that the reason for this trademark was to be in a position to legally take a stand against unwanted Johnny Hockey merchandise being sold.
Also, this was registered in July so why are you posting it now?

What do you think a toque is? The trademark covers beanies (American toque), hats and caps. A toque is definitely a hat.
The only thing I've ever heard being referred to as a toque, that was not a traditional warm hat worn in the winter, was the uncircumcised part of the penis.
