Another one from Byron - he's cooled off lately but still should have a career year.

Just watched the video of Hall hitting Larsen, dang. Whats even more messed up is the fact that everyone skates towards the scrum and ends up hitting Larsen in the head a couple times...

I do hope hes ok, he definitely was motionless.

Winnipeg must be over the moon with Laine.

The Oilers are quickly reaching Canucks status in terms of diving and embellishment.

I felt sick watching that. Have some awareness for gods sake. Dont jump the opposing player over top your motionless teammate after he just got leveled.

The Islanders defeat their arch rivals 4-2. Halak was excellent in net facing 36 shots. Balanced approach as ten Islander players each had a point.

The Habs lead the Blues 2-0 after forty minutes. Paul Byron has two points and Al Montoya is in net for the Canadiens.

Ristolainen's overtime winner plus 2 assists are only good enough for 3rd star in McOilerland.

Ha! I had to step away with Buffalo down 3-2 and the goalie pulled.

Happy to see the Oil managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Two points for McDavid, another goal for Draisaitl, and an Oilers loss. Perfect.

Wow just saw that hit by Hall. The Devil was on the ice out cold and almost had his face stepped on. What idiotic players.

No kidding. Then again, according to Maroon, they aren't paid to be smart.

They were making excuses for Hall, but it was a head hit and I think he lifted his arm.

Has anyone watched Devils games this year? The Hall storyline is an interesting one.

Looked clean to me

Hall didn't elevate himself into Larsen at all. Unfortunately Larsen's head was down, and he's a small guy.

I dunno -- looks more like a collision than a body check (let alone a check with intent to injure). It's not like Hall lowers his shoulder before impact; there isn't really much follow-through with his arms either. I think you could argue he was bracing himself for impact, not thinking Larsen would skate right into him with his head down/turned.
