Any suggestions on where to get an iPhone 6 phone screen fixed well for a reasonable price? I can't believe how expensive some of the places I have called have been. Downtown preferably!

Have you tried Speed Jobs? He is located in Glenmore landing. Have used him a few times for iPhones and iPads. Really good guy and usually reasonable prices. Can find his contact info on Kijiji

Iphix in Eau Claire Market. No idea how their prices compare. All I got there was a new screen protector.

Sorry, not downtown but quick work and nice people.

I went to him for a screen replacement. The first replacement acted all weird shortly after. He changed it again no questions asked. Second replacement the colors were off. He replaced it as well with no hassle, or any extra costs and was very apologetic for whatever the issues were. Third one is fine.

Apple quoted me $180. Shop near food court at Market Mall did it for $30 less. In 20 minutes, and no appointment.

There is an iPhix downtown in the Core Shopping Centre. Plus 15 Level.
It'a a little hole in the wall so it's easy to miss.

This is not an exaggeration. The store "front" is probably about 2 feet wide. As I recall their iPhone repairs were reasonable for prices, but Android repairs were crazy expensive.

Keep in mind if you put a non-Apple display on an iPhone, Apple won't allow you to replace it in their store for a subsidised rate. It's stupid...but yea.

Dang, those are good prices. Glass plus digitizer (if needed) is $90 (Digitizer) + 50 (LCD).
iPhix is showing $179 glass + LCD on an iPhone 6.

I'm guessing location rental is the biggest price affecting difference? If I had known about these guys previously, I could have saved around 20% on an iPad Mini (gen 1) screen.

They're in the process of getting a shop downtown. They're all laid off engineers who got into it for earning some money while lowering the insane costs of fixing these phones.
Pretty quick turnaround too.
