LOL

Carlyle says in post game interview Gibson couldn't come in because "he had diarrhea". Bernier also crapped the bed tonight.

Spoiler!

Game of the year. Just got back from the 'Dome. Words simply cannot describe how awesome it was to lay a beating to Anaheim. Honestly one of the best hockey feelings I've ever had. Never thought I would see the day the Flames dominate the Ducks like that. Wow.

What can you say about Johnny? 1st shift and he scores. Was dominant all night. Could of easily had a hatty. I was surprised he only had 2 pts. I thought he finished with 4 or 5.

Monahan looked great. Had a big hit in the 3rd. Stole the pucks all night. IMO his best game of the seasons.

Brodie looked like his old self. One of the few players on the team who can control the tempo of the game. He was in complete control all night.

Johnson is the man. The 3rd goal was pooey, but in his defence it was just a weird bounce of the end boards then the puck kind of twisted it's way past him.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the little girl who got hit by the puck. Luckily it hit her in the arm. But her and her dad left the game and didn't return. Hope she's alright.

Also whoever is responsible for putting dancing gifs after every goal deserves a medal. Good stuff.

All in all, a spectacular night and sooooooooo satisfying to see the Flames lay a beating like that.

It's a a small sample size, but these lines look good.
Monahan plays well with Versteeg.
Gaudreau plays well with Bennett.

All the Flames need now is for Elliott to find his game.
It should be fun to see what happens down the stretch.

Also said one goal was a sinker and that they just have to flush this one away.

For those that care this game was the final game in the 4th 7 game segment. Flames went 5-1-1. 3 extra points almost help right the last two segments (went 3-4 in both).

Yay Flames! A blowout against the Ducks makes me happy.

Whenever these teams play and I don't check the score for a bit inevitably the Ducks have put up a big lead. I'm glad to see the opposite occurred today.

Versteeg has been a great signing, and Chiasson is doing pretty good once he isn't slotted as a top RW. Calgary played with 3 very balanced lines and a strong 4th line today
