Gene Simmons on marriage and love.
Some lovely quotes from the egocentric Kiss frontman.
I personally agree with his idea of simply living in sin....
"If you want money, tell me before, not after. At least a prostitute will ask you before how much it is, what it is, $75, and then if you agree, it's a deal. Potential wives, most women will tell you nothing until after you get divorced. That's when you get the bill for half."
"The biggest cause of divorce is marriage. Even though we've been happily unmarried for 23 years, we've never been divorced."
"No matter if you think it's OK or not, everybody's going to do what they want to do anyway, so you might as well just relax and wait to die. Because when you're 90 years old, none of those issues will be issues, you'll only just be glad you're regular. When you see 90-year-old people, they never talk about jealousy, they're just happy they can take a crap once a day."

It's a great show, and a nice change from shows such as the Osbornes and Growing Up Gotti.
Kids are well behaved, funny, the family obviously loves each other, and everyone seems to have a good time.

When I heard his interview on the Jim Rome show, I don't believe he thinks very highly of monogomy either.

The guy has delusions of grandeur. He actually reminds me of Trump. He this pathetic looking old fart with bad hair but he's wealthy and famous so people kiss his ass and he of course buys into it. I get a kick out of him, even his suprisingly well adjusted kids think he's kind of lame.

Yeah thanks for the advice Gene. Maybe he should write a book next. ######bag.

Yep, couldn't agree more.
The kids are not only well behaved, but very intelligent and self confident. They're obviously wonderful parents.
It's one reality show that I can actually stand watching.

The humour is well intentioned, but I do believe that alot of the problems with our young children are due to idolizing these people.
"hey, it's so easy (says a lucky multi-millioanaire rock star) you can do it too! All you have to do is to throw away all that you have learned from your parents and you can be just like me"!

I've watched the Gene Simmons show and loved it, and yeah, because of the kids, and how they keep Gene in check. They seem well adjusted and smart kids to boot.
I also love how it's so obvious that if Gene ever slept around on his wife she would be gone in a split second. I give her all the credit in the world for letting him get away with his persona in the media, but you can tell it's all BS and he is a devoted husband and father to his wife and kids.
He's a raging ego-maniac but with alot of Hollywood families on TV lately he's got alot of respect for being a great parents.
