If I'm not mistaken when you have to qualify for the cap, it isn't based on dollars paid. It's prorated to a full seasons salary.

Sounds like they don't even have 675k cap room.

I think almost every appendectomy is an emergency.

I've never heard of anyone dying from it. It's pretty routine.
