So McDavid gets two points, and the Oilers get no points.

Sounds good to me.

Oh, and do we need to start keeping track of Connor McDavid hat tricks?

You know -- goal, assist, dive?

I mean, obvious solution here: don't watch an Oilers game if you hate McDavid.

I haven't heard a peep about McDavid outside of here for weeks!

No way! It is super fun to watch McDavid for all the embarrassing flopping around that he does.

The 19 year old has 79 points in 69 games.

Giroux hadn't made the NHL yet. What a strange statement.

On another topic, at 5v5 the oilers have outscored their opponents 24-12 with McDavid on the ice. They've been outscored 32-25 when he's off the ice.

Yeah he's just one player, but the Oilers are, for tangible "make the playoffs" reasons, different than the Pens, Caps, Stars, and Blackhawks.

And also because they are the Flames biggest rival and we hate them.

If a guy on the Flames were to become an constant agitator and distraction to McDavid, that would be a good thing.

That fist pump celly making it 2-4 says otherwise. The more of McDavid you see, the more you realize he's an Oiler through and through.

It's like Hall never left!

I think he's more likely to have a 80-90 point season than a 100+ point season. Not sure how that's a strange statement.

I will add that I think Giroux is criminally underrated. So I didn't mean the comparison as some jealous insult, just that the media should settle down

That's just the way the game is now.

Pretty crappy OOT apart from the Oilers loss.

Nucks and Ducks win and three point night between the Coyotes/ Sharks.

Andrew Shaw loses it near the end of the Ducks/Canadiens game.

Mildly NSFW. Cant hear it but some pretty obvious lip reading.

Yeah, "Lastname" should be Pominville, and Sven only had 1 goal and 3 shots.

I think both Bennett and Tkachuk will be pains for McDavid for many years

Biggest rival? Pfft.

Gotta have won at least a few to become a rival.

Oh. Maybe your flux capacitor just came back from the shop.

Good news, everyone !

What a clown. Takes a terrible and obvious penalty and then acts like a four year old whose candy was taken away.
