Iggy - That season he should have won the MVP and the shift against Van - a legend.
Kipper - the 04 run, hacky sack save, scorpion, Vezina - best goalie I have ever seen
Sarich - under appreciated
Tim Ramholt - saw his entire NHL career in person. Only player I have ever seen from start to finish.
Gaudreau or Tkachuk - Not sure yet. Gaudreau could be great or Huselius +, and Tkachuk is raw but watchable every game, with some deadly highlights so far

Ok, maybe bump Ramholt

Also liked Macoun and Warrener. These guys went deep with more than one team that benefitted from their play.

As a Non-Flames Fan...My Flames list:

1. Vernon... Carried you guys for years...
2. Kipper (see Vernon's comment)
3. Iginla...Can't argue with his numbers...was your best.
4. Conroy...was a team leader for a long time.
5. MacInnis...Liked him as a Flame...hated him as a Blue

Honorable Mention:

Nieuwendyk
Hunter (over 2K in PIMS! Fearless, in an era of tough guys)
Lanny's Mustache (it was GLORIOUS!)
the rest of Lanny (was pretty damn good too)

Macoun
Braithwaite (I can't even imagine the hatred and abuse the guy received, just because of his skin tone. And he was a pretty decent backstop, despite it.)
Valerie Bure (it had to be tough to be the OTHER Bure!)
and lastly, Yawney (admired him as a 'Hawk, and SAH D-Men just don't get enough props)

Notably absent from my list...Fleury...couldn't like him, even as a 'Hawk...gotta wonder how much greater he could have been as both a player and a man, if it weren't for the demons that he carried in his head.

Funny story. When I had recently moved to Calgary and went to a game. Young guns era, not such a hot draw. Walked to the game without tix and a guy walking away from the dome offered us a pair of tix for 20 each. Lower bowl

Sat down, started enjoying the game and explained to my gal "well, you have heard of Pavel Bure, this is his less talented younger brother". Gal in front of us gives us the half turn. Yup, his wife. People came for autographs. Oops. Haha.

I wouldn't be so upset with him if it looked like he was giving a full effort. Unfortunately it looks like he's not. Maybe that's just me I don't know, but I hate players that don't put a full effort into the game.
