GG Stamps, what a beatdown. Love how it ends as hockey starts. Good way to spend a Sunday

Bo Levi saying how this team feels like a family and that's why they're winning and a special team.

I think that's what the Flames are missing right now.

Please oh please never leave Huf.

Good lord does that guy know how to build a CFL football team.

Apparently found a pretty damn good coach too.

Very true the team spirit on the Flames seems to be in very short supply. Speaking of I almost forgot there was a Flames game tonight.

Period in the third Q where Flames lost focus but rest of it was a beat down.

Hopefully Erdos and Thorn are ok.

Loved the Stamps passing around the trophy. On to Toronto. What a dominant team.

Stamps with a good old fashioned beat down. No rust, no slow start.

Bo Levi is on another level right now -- already elite and just entering his prime.

And how about that defence. Devone Claybrooks has that group playing dominant football when it counts. Very impressive.

One of the keys to the D is near perfect tackling. Nothing drives me crazier than sloppy tackling that allows for big plays or YACs. The Stamps don't go for huge hits - they just get the guy on the ground.

Total dominations by Stampeders on BC Lions. People were worried about Stamps not playing for 3 weeks and they thought the rust will be to their disadvantage. Not so. They started fast and didn't slow down at all. The rest actually helped them more than it hurts them. The injured players like Wall, Evans and others took advantage of the rest to healed their injuries. Stamps 42-15.

OFFENSE:

There is no doubt that Bo Levi Mitchell is going to win the MOP next weekend. He is by far the best QB in the CFL this season and he proved it today. 1st possession in the game and only a little 2 minutes in the game and Stamps moved the ball well and scored a TD. The game I thought was pretty much over in the first half. Marquay McDaniel was great so as Davaris Daniels, Kamar Jorden, Lamar Durant, Roy Finch and Jerome Messam played really well. Not a lot of turnover on offense at all. Offensive Line dominated the line against BC's DLine.

DEFENSE:

Defense shut down Jennings and Arcenault, Burnham and Johnson. Pretty weird I don't think I ever heard of Tommi Campbell's name at all. I guess that is a good thing because the guy was defending didn't even get the ball towards him. DE Cordarro Law had a couple of sack. That was one of the best defensive game I've seen the Stamps played. The score could have been 42-0 the way Stamps D played.

SPECIAL TEAM:

Roy Finch is such a good returner. It's been a long time since we have a smart, fast and quick returner who is not afraid to pick a hole. Not much to say about the punter and kicker today because they really get used a lot today. Special team coverage team did a great job in shutting down Rainey and Iannuzzi.

OVERALL:

This is a total team effort. I am just glad we didn't lose some players due to injury. I am sure Brad Erdos and Cam Thorn were just banged up but I am sure they'll be ready for the Grey Cup game. Pierre Lavertu will also be back I believed.

We are going to the GREY CUP!!! I am also glad that the Eskimos did not win the East part.

No slight to Huff but Dickenson has been masterful this season in getting his players prepared and ready to execute their game plans. This has been an outstanding season as remember the Stamps were expected to take a step back due to the losses of Cornish, Rogers, Huff, etc. With a a solid but unspectacular wide receiver group and a defense starting two rookie corners he coached the team to a historic regular season.

BC argueably the second best team in the league this season.

From the 3 minute warning of the second meeting between Calgary and BC, until halftime today, Calgary went on an 87-9 run against BC. In a little bit more than a game and a half.

No kidding. I thought the Stamps might be taking a step back this year as far as coaching goes, looks like it was a step forward instead.
