The Lightning are playing very well without Stamkos, it is currently 3-0 in the third period. Johnson, Palat, and Drouin are the goal scorers. Andrei Vasilevskiy is in net and he has great defense in front of him.

there is no connection. Just the fact that a stick of a Lightning player flies into the crowd and is caught not by one of the many Flyers fans, but by one of the very few Lightning fans in the building, and not only that, but one who also happens to wear a Johnson shirt. What are the odds?

Despite an early goal by Jagr on a 2 on 1 with Barkov, the Panthers have been dominated by the Sens so far. Panthers have a lot of injuries, with some very key players out of the lineup. Their lack of organizational depth is being exposed.
Jakub Kindl is a pretty bad defenseman these days.

These guys come in and it’s always a nice polite one. You serve them because you dont want to cause a scene. And then they become a regular and after awhile they bring a friend. And that dude is cool too.
And THEY bring friends and they stop being cool and then you realize, oh, this is a Nazi bar now. And its too late because they’re entrenched and if you try to kick them out, they cause a PROBLEM. So you have to shut them down.

Luongo has been a stone wall so far. 11 shots already just a little past the halfway point of the 1st. Many of them good chances.
Jagr's 751st goal, and 1125th assist tonight. That's 1876 points...just in the NHL, not including his 3 seasons of KHL time.
Plus, his flow is amazing lately.
