Wow, Ohio State putting a beat down on the Corn huskers.

Good ol fashioned slug fest right now in Baton Rouge. Probably 8 first round picks between the two schools.

An ethics lesson from bobby Petrino. Ok.

He will always be the loser in a neck brace to me.

I didn't know Verne Lundquist was retiring after this season. He and Gary Danielson are one of my favorite pairs for calling games - of any type.

That was one of the most athletic plays I've seen in a long time by Westbrook. Unreal TD!

Baylor QB Seth Russell just snapped his leg below the knee...catastrophic injury as his foot was pointing the wrong way.

This kid broke his neck last year but fought his way back.

Unreal.

Default John Carroll Ends Mount Union's Championship Streak

Quote:
For the first time in 25 years, the Ohio Athletic Conference has a champion other than Mount Union as the Purple Raiders fell today 31-28 to John Carroll, giving the Blue Streaks only their second league title in history.

It’s also Mount Union’s first regular season loss in 11 years—a streak of 112 games. They racked up 12 Division III national championships during the 24-year conference title run.

Clemson goes down at home to Pitt.

First home loss to an unranked opponent since 2008.

Absolute stunner and man does it ever add to the possibilities of what happens in the playoff scenarios.

For example...

If Somehow Wake Forest beats Clemson next week, and Louisville wins out, Clemson wont even compete in the ACC title game. Louisville wins that and they are pretty much assured to be in the playoff.

Now the #4 Huskies are in trouble at home as they trail USC 17-6 at the half.

Meanwhile the #6 Louisville team is trailing at home in the 3rd to Wake Forest 12-3.

After being down 12-10 in the 4th Louisville have scored 27 unanswered to end that game.

Huskies meanwhile are in big trouble. 10 mins left down 24-13.

Michigan looks like hot ass against Iowa too, down 11-10 3rd quarter almost over and sputtering offensively.

Michigan got a big break on a roughness call on a punt. Ended up getting into FG range and lead 13-11.

The Huskies lose to USC and Michigan are holding on to a 2 point lead in the 4th quarter. That's probably it for the Pac 12 now.

Could 3 of the top 4 teams all lose this week? Tuesday should be interesting.

Bama
OSU
Louisville
Wisconsin???

Michigan is determined to lose this game. Speight is playing terribly, I expected a one loss year but to Ohio State not frikkin Iowa. Hopefully Dylan McCaffrey can come in and start as a true freshman next year. Replacing Butt, Lewis, and Peppers is going to be difficult though

The refs made up for the previous weak call by calling a weak face mask on Michigan. Iowa on the Michigan 36 with 1:23 to go!

Michigan deserves this loss. Speight was pure garbage all game, missed multiple wide open deep throws and threw a stupid interception. The play calling on offense was crap as well. Read too much of their own press.

2,3,4,8,9...all lose. Half the top 10.

Chaos in the playoff system will ensue now.

Awesome.
