the team has takes 1 step forward and 2 steps back. not a single amount of progress has been made since puck drop of game 1

That's the biggest thing for me as well. I don't see any resiliency whatsoever when things don't go well. They abandon the game plan, play whatever style they want, and then there's zero cohesiveness amongst the players. I honestly have to ask if there's something going on in the dressing room to cause such a massive failure in terms of team play. It just hasn't been there.
