There were some wicked deals last week, so I'd wait until Black Friday again.

EB had for 379.99 a new slim bundle with Fallout 4, Battlefield 1, and any game of your choice for 379.99. So you would have got Gears, BF1, and FO4 for 380+tax.

Black Friday will def have a similar deal.

I'm looking to offload mine sometime soon. It's not brand new in box but I didn't play it very much so it's in very good condition. White unit, I have some games available too. Would go under $300 for you ($275 for the system, games would be a bit extra).

That was tempting - if the games were ones you were planning on buying, and you want to try 4k content the new xb1/s is pretty nice. Basically, subtract the price of the games from the bundle and you are paying $200 for a 4k UHD blu ray and Netflix box. Not too shabby.

OP: I sold my year old XB1 with a stack of games here for $200. I always price things at what I would be willing to pay for same, so I would not pay more than that for a used one if I were you (and I would pay way less for a launch model with no games).

Paying more than $300 on the used market for the new S model is a bad idea too with all the deals you can safely expect this month.

Thanks everyone for the advice. It is much appreciated. After doing a little more research it seems like the S is the way to go simply for the 4K option.

Although I have the original and really like it, I would only buy an S now (new or used) especially if you have a 4k TV. I'm personally holding out for the Scorpio for my other room before I finally lose my 360.
